Why We Started True North
Paul spent four decades leading Christian schools and noticed many Heads had no safe place to process big decisions. Kalyn walked through COVID as a Head of School, juggling strategy, accreditation, and her doctoral program—and nearly burned out.
When our weekly, 45-minute coaching calls turned chaos into clarity, we knew other leaders needed the same lifeline. So we joined forces, named Jesus our True North, and began walking with schools nationwide.
